Go First Airlines has one of the youngest fleets in the world consisting of 57 state-of-the-art Airbus A320 aircraft. In the fleet, there are 16 Airbus A320-200 aircraft and 35 Airbus A320neo aircraft. The aircraft has an innovative space-flex configuration along with aerodynamic improvements. The Airbus A320neo aircraft is environmentally friendly and helps to reduce fuel burn and emission. Go First (GoAir) Airlines Class of Travel

Go First Airlines offers two classes of travel on all its flights. The services provided differ depending on the type of GoAir flight booking. The different travel classes are as follows:

Economy Class

This class offers comfortable seating with broad seat pitch and ample legroom.

• Passengers can pre-book meals or buy meals from the in-flight menu.
• Passengers can pre-book a window seat or an aside seat or a seat with extra legroom for a nominal fee.
• Beverages and snacks are available on the in-flight menu on all GoAir flights.

Business Class

This is also called the GoBusiness class. The middle seat is left vacant in this class to offer more space and extra legroom. 

• Passengers are offered complimentary meals and refreshments on all GoAir flights.
• Passengers are given complimentary chauffeur transfers to the airport.
• Access to lounges, a free baggage allowance of 35 kg and priority check-in.

Go First (GoAir) Airlines Baggage Allowance

For domestic GoAir flights, the checked-in baggage allowance is one piece weighing up to 15 kg and one carry-on bag with a weight not exceeding 7kg. 

For international GoAir flights, the checked-in baggage allowance is one piece weighing up to 32 kg and one carry-on bag with a weight not exceeding 7 kg. 

For business class, the checked-in baggage allowance is one piece weighing up to 35 kg and a carry-on bag with a weight not exceeding 7 kg.

Infants can carry an additional handbag of 7 kg.

Go First (GoAir) Airlines Web Check-in and Boarding Pass

For Go First Airlines web check-in is mandatory due to Government guidelines. Web check-in is available from 72 hours to 1 hour before departure for GoAir flights within India and 48 hours to 2 hours before departure for international GoAir flights. For web check-in, you can go to flygofirst.com and use the ‘Web Check-in’ option on the Homepage. You can access the quick link available on the footer or use the ‘web Check-in’ option under the ‘Plan My Trip’ on the Homepage. You can select your preferred seat during the check-in and print, download or email your boarding pass. 

Go First (GoAir) Airlines In-flight Services

Go First Airlines offers its passengers an option to buy meals, beverages and snacks from the in-flight menu from Cafe Coffee Day. The inflight magazine Go Getter features the meals available onboard. The airline serves alcoholic drinks on international GoAir flights only. Passengers can celebrate special occasions with GoAir's celebration cake surprise. Passengers can pre-book chocolate or fruit cake 72 hours in advance. 

Go First Airlines Frequent Flyer Programmes: GoStar, GoSME & GoMore

The airline offers a frequent flyer program - GoSME. Passengers can register for the GoSME program on flygofirst.com to avail of the benefits. The passengers get benefits like zero convenience fees, complimentary meals onboard, zero Go First flight cancellation or rescheduling charges and complimentary seat selection. Once the passengers register for the program they can avail of discounted fares on GoAir flights if they book through the airline’s website. The passengers are notified of the benefits through email.

Go First Airlines Onboard Support

Go First Airlines offers assistance to passengers with special needs like expectant mothers, unaccompanied children and more. Passengers with mobility problems are provided with wheelchair assistance and airport assistance during check-in is provided by the ground staff. About Go First (GoAir) airlines Refund & Cancellation

Passengers can cancel GoAir flight bookings through the ‘Manage Booking’ option on the airline’s website or the sales office. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. Passengers can use the G8 Chatbot for cancellations and refunds.
